Airyoga Beginner Fundamentals

An introductory class ideal for beginners to Airyoga, combining release work and strength and conditioning with Airyoga principles and inversions.

No prior experience necessary, recommended for a minimum of 4 weeks before progressing into other levels.

Airyoga Pilates

A progressive class ideal for students who are just beginning with Anti-gravity but looking for more strength and conditioning specifically for core and gluteal activation with Airyoga principles and inversions.

Recommended in conjunction with the AG Beginner Fundamentals, ideally for 4 weeks until progressing .

Airyoga Suspension Fitness 

A progression class ideal for students who have completed a minimum 4 weeks of Airyoga Beginners Fundamentals and Pilates.  Combining Airyoga with the next step up in strength and conditioning specifically for core and gluteal activation with Airyoga principles and inversions.

COST OF CLASS : $25

Airyoga Restore and Restore Extended

A 90 minute (2 hours for extended) mobility and release class ideal for all students looking at additional tools to release, lengthen and increase flexibility in the body.  Utilising a number of tools including rollers, release balls and Airyoga principles and inversions.  Finishes with cocooning , with all students served herbal tea at completion. 

Works perfectly with all other Airyoga classes.

Airyoga Restorative

A 1 hour mobility and release class, using principles of airyoga , restorative yoga and cocooning.   Ideal for students looking at additional tools to release, lengthen and increase flexibility in the body, combining Airyoga training and finishing with a 10 minute cocooning session to completely unwind.

Slow Flow Yoga

 Slow Flow Yoga is a progressive sequence of gentle flowing asana to restore movement and develop strength, focusing on alignment and connecting movement with breath.  Back to basics we explore the physical from the feet to the fingers to create space for the breath and quietness for the mind. All levels of experience welcome.

Vinyasa  Yoga

In vinyasa yoga, the body moves in sync with the breath, creating fluid and smooth movements, known as “flow”. Vinyasa yoga is an athletic style of practice and classes can be held in heated or non-heated rooms. Vinyasa stems from Ashtanga yoga

Yin Yoga Nidra

Yin Yoga is designed to calm the nervous system and revitalize the tissues in the body. It is a slow practice of long held passive poses aimed to work the deeper aspects of the joints and fascial networks. Through stillness and surrender we develop presence, patience and mindfulness. 

We finish this class with guided meditation to experience one of the deepest possible states of relaxation while still remaining fully conscious. Suitable for all levels of experience.

Yin Yoga Roll and Release

With blocks and balls we use myofascial release techniques to self massage,  softening muscle and connective tissue to reduce tension and increase mobility. This prepares for the long holds of the Yin poses that calm the nervous system and bring balance to the body mind. Suitable for all experience levels from beginners to advanced.
