Green Matcha and Pistachio Balls

MATCHA PISTACHIO RAW BALLS 


INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup raw cashew nuts
1/2 cup unsweetened desiccated coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 x 20ml tablespoons coconut flour
1 teaspoon Matcha powder
2 x 20ml tablespoons water
2 x 20ml tablespoons rice malt syrup
1 x 20ml tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup shelled pistachio nuts, chopped

 

METHOD

Mix all ingredients except pistachio nuts in a high speed blender or themomix.  
Chop Pistachios
Roll mi into balls and roll in pistachio nuts
Refrigerate

 

TIP 

For a minty flavour try 6 drops of Doterra Peppermint Essential oil

For a choc mint flavour add 1 tablespoon of Cacao
